By far, the most common ALPs/FSP® problem is the 3078 error code.
- Why it happens
- The cause of the 3078 error is simply the wrong version of forms residing
on your system. Your forms may have been developed in a version of ALPS/FSP®
earlier than what you are currently on. This could happen for a few
different reasons, most commonly because you have gone through an upgrade
without us knowing about it. Upgrades to your system occur a few times a
year and each upgrade has enhancements that benefit you. The conversion also
upgrades your ALPSFORM.MDB file and FOFORM.MDB file.

- How to fix
- The fix is real simple. On the PC that is giving you the error, your
IT people will need to reload the conversion to bring the forms up to your
current version. Once you get the forms converted, it would be a good idea to
Winzip the file and send it back to us so we can have your current version of
forms.
