We don't have direct access to any non-public information about your members. We sometimes get databases directly from you. It is your responsibility to remove any sensitive information from these records before sending it to us. However, in the rare case that we do receive non-public information, we will safeguard that information with reasonable care.

We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide you with products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect this information. These safeguards include:

1) Physically destroying any printed media after its usefulness.

2) Hiding your personal link to our database servers so that it cannot be easily found.

3) When requested, we will encrypt your databases on our webservers for secure transmission.

We do not share any information about you to third parties that are not affiliated with us.
