During the 2009x conversion, you get a run time error code of 3265.

To Fix

There is an issue with the MSI version when you run it more than once on a PC.

 
Here is a fix for this conversion:

  1. Have the CU delete the SaveForm.mdb file located in their C:\FSP\MDB\ directory. They also need to delete any other  Save*.mdb file in this same directory.

  2. Reload the forms file from my website to make sure you have your forms loaded. Follow the normal installation steps (download, run the WinZip executable and install the file).

  3. Log out of FSP and run the 2009x full version (not the patch) in REPAIR MODE, so the forms upgrade.
  4. After the forms convert and you've logged into FSP to verify the error code ceases, copy this forms file to all the other affected PCs. You may skip the above steps if you have a PC that is working correctly by simply copying the forms file from the working PC to the non-working PCs in the same directory.
  5. Be sure to send us the converted forms file (WinZip and email, or call for an FTP log in), so that you don't have to do this again in the future when change requests come in.
I have found that this will resolve their conversion issue.
